This is a structure chart for a basic securitisation structured product. There is a corporate entity in Luxembourg (e.g. S.a r.l.) which is managed by a professional local director who resides in Luxembourg. The corporate entity is owned by a Dutch foundation and is not owned directly or indirectly by any individual. The entity issues and sells securities ("notes") to investors, and invests the proceeds of this sale into the underlying assets. The performance of the "notes" the investors have purchase depends on the performance of the underlying assets.
