Simplify the investment process for investors

The Securitisation has an ISIN (International Securities Identification Number), which means the investor can simply instruct their bank to invest directly from the investor's securities account. There is no need for the investor to fill forms or provide documents.

Outsource portfolio administration

Investment professionals can select investments for a portfolio then provide their clients with a single ISIN number in order to invest into the portfolio. The Securitisation receives the investment amounts from the investors and then the Securitisation executes the investments into the different portfolio components and handles all the related administration.

Choose features

Investment professionals choose the features of a Securitisation, including:

  • Fees to the investment professional (method of calculation, frequency of payment, method of amortization)

  • Reporting to the investors (content and frequency and design of updates to investors about their investment)

  • Liquidity (when and how the investors can withdraw their investments, e.g. after how long, how frequently, with what notice periods, and whether there are early withdrawal fees)
